Indium Phosphide Quantum Dots Are Now Available

We have introduced product lines of both Organic soluble and Water soluble InP/ZnSe/ZnS Quantum Dots.  These QDs provide an alternative to more toxic Cadmium based QDs for many applications.  The InP/ZnSe/ZnS core/shell QDs have high Quantum Yields (brightness) with narrow bandwidths varying from 40 nm to 65 nm, increasing with fluorescent emission wavelength.  They provide fluorescent  emission in the visible region of the spectrum (520 nm to 600nm) at 20 nm intervals.
