CuInS/ZnS core/shell Quantum Dots – Organic Soluble
For applications where the toxicity of Cd based Quantum dots (QDs) limits their use, NanoOptical Materials offers Cd Free Quantum Dots composed of CuInS cores surrounded by a discrete shell of ZnS. These Cd Free QDs share the nearly ideal luminescent properties of other QDs because of their high brightness, strong optical absorbance over a wide excitation wavelength range, photostability and defined emission spectra. State of the art synthesis results in high quantum yields (brightness) because the CuInS cores contain no Zn which is confined only to the ZnS shell enhancing quantum containment. We provide these CuInS/ZnS core/shell QDs to achieve fluorescent emission over the spectral region of 660 to 1010 nm (selectable at 20 nm intervals). These CuInZnS/ZnS QDs have FWHM bandwidths in the range of 160 to 210 nm and high Quantum Yields from 60% to >70%.

InP/ZnSe/ZnS Core/Shell Quantum Dots – Organic Soluble
NOM Visible InP/ZSe/ZnS core/shell Quantum Dots have narrow band fluorescent emission wavelengths ranging from 520 nm to 680 nm. They may be ordered in quantities of 10, 25, 50, and 100 mg.
